ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Dacor today announced that it will showcase its luxury built-in lineup, including its award-winning Modernist Collection, at the 2018 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in Orlando, Florida from January 9th to 11th. This is the first year Dacor and Samsung are both attending the event since Dacor joined Samsung in 2016.

Dacor will be exhibiting in booth W1070, mainly displaying its Modernist Collection, which blends Dacor's luxury aesthetics and premium features with Samsung's advanced technology to create a suite of appliances that champion the affluent kitchen as the most important space to connect with family and friends and create unforgettable meals.

The Dacor booth will highlight four built-in kitchen packages based on four different lifestyle personas, displaying its game-changing Modernist Collection in three of the zones and the timeless Heritage Collection in the fourth zone. Each of the four exhibition zones is designed to give builders and designers inspiration on how the products can be tailored to fit different consumer lifestyles.

The Playground, the main highlight of the booth, will display the ideal kitchen for the host who enjoys serving a feast to their guests. Three cooking shows will be held at the exhibit each day to provide visitors an opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the lifestyle experience.

The Social Hub will show off a luxurious kitchen that is perfect for parties and catering events. Dacor will highlight the introduction of the Porcelain refrigerator that was designed in collaboration with a renowned porcelain artist.

The Creative Studio will showcase what luxury means for a compact kitchen space. The Open Invitation will showcase Dacor's Heritage package, which has a more family-oriented and cozy feel.

Dacor will also exhibit its acclaimed panel ready 18", 24", 30" and 36" column refrigerators in a panoramic display in the Refrigerator Wall Zone.

Dacor's booth will also display an art wall with 188 of the company's visionary Illuminated Knobs that light up in ambient lighting. Next to it will be the CMF (Color, Material, Finish) Zone where visitors can learn about the key material art pieces from each of the four kitchens, such as Dacor graphite, art brushed metal, and signature knobs of the gas range.
