PHOENIX, Oct. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Pulitzer Prize-winning author and renowned medical oncologist Siddhartha Mukherjee, MD, joins physicians from Harvard Medical School and Cleveland Clinic to discuss breakthroughs in personalized precision health care at the Personalized Lifestyle Medicine Institute (PLMI) 2016 Thought Leaders' Consortium conference. The event will be held on Saturday, October 22 through Sunday, October 23 at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, in Phoenix, Az.
