The worker profile will showcase user's talent, location, skills and experience. Employers will have access to Crowded's database of candidate profiles, and they will also be sent a curated list of top tier responsive talent every week. Recruiters will be able to rapidly reach out to candidates via the integrated real-time messaging system.
