Microsoft Joins The Stage At LiNC '16 As A Platinum Global Partner
Stellar Lineup of Brands Sponsor Lithium's Annual Digital Customer Experience Conference

SAN FRANCISCO, June 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Lithium Technologies today announced that Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) is a platinum level partner and global sponsor of LiNC '16 (Lithium Networking Conference), the industry's only digital customer experience conference. The news follows the announcement of the companies' alliance to integrate Lithium's platform and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Lithium enables the world's most iconic brands to connect with customers in better ways. We bring customer conversations together across social networks and communities that yield deeper customer engagement and measurable cost-savings.

"We're psyched to have Microsoft as a partner at this year's LiNC," said Rob Tarkoff, President and CEO of Lithium Technologies. "Their vision of Intelligent Customer Engagement directly aligns with the Total Community strategy we've implemented with our customers.  We're looking forward to some fantastic discussions together with the world's biggest and most powerful brands."

Aimed to help businesses implement a Total Community digital strategy, the partnership combines Microsoft Dynamics and Lithium's community data, social customer intelligence and analytics. Jujhar Singh, General Manager of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, will present a keynote on the future of CRM and intelligent customer engagement on Thursday, June 9. Singh's presentation will provide a deeper understanding of today's digital customer and share key insights into how businesses can maximize customer data to create more personalized brand experiences.

"We now live in a world where customers have immensely high expectations for brands. They're connected to information at all times and have a vast array of platforms to voice their opinions, as well as collect feedback, on brands, products and services," said Mr. Singh. "LiNC gathers some of the most influential companies in the industry, making it a perfect place to discuss how businesses can meet customer expectations by creating more personalized, proactive and predictive experiences."

Additional LiNC '16 partners include supporters of Lithium's Hackathon and Developer Showcase:

  • Persistent, a long-term Lithium partner and Hackathon sponsor for the third consecutive year, will share techniques that deliver innovative customer experiences using the Lithium platform.
