Accessible Art Fair and MvVO ART to Host Jury Meeting to Select 2016 Top Talents

NEW YORK, April 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Accessible Art Fair and its US partner MvVO ART are hosting the 2016 Accessible Art Fair for emerging artists at The National Arts Club in New York, this coming November. On May 2nd, 2016 the partners are hosting a Jury Meeting at the Lowell Hotel to select the most promising new artists. A new addition this 2016 is art media partner Artnet, whose Editor in Chief Rozalia Jovanovic will also be a panelist.

Up to 50 artists will be selected to exhibit paintings, sculptures, photography and design encompassing a variety of styles. The jury includes experts from Sotheby's, Collectrium, Gagosian Gallery and Artnet. The successful artists will have the opportunity to showcase their works during the Accessible Art Fair's month-long fair this November 2016 at The National Arts Club – providing them with a platform for greater visibility.

MvVO ART has extended the deadline to April 20th, 2016 and Artists can apply at www.mvvoart.com. Jurors will make their final selection from a pool of American, European and International artists with Neuhaus chocolates providing delectable chocolates to sample.

The 2016 panel includes: Kevin Doyle (Sotheby's), Shaune Arp (Gagosian Gallery), Joyce Varvatos (Art Advisor), Ann Lydecker Bunge (Collectrium), Cris Gabarron (Gabarron foundation), Shari Brownfield (Art Advisor), Rachel Rees (Sutton), Stephanie Manasseh (Founder Accessible Art Fair), Sophie Clauwaert (European Art Advisor) and Rozalia Jovanovic (Editor in Chief at Artnet).

The Accessible Art Fair originates from Brussels from Founder Stephanie Manasseh who broke with traditional art boundaries placing artists in direct contact with the art buying public. President of The US partner MvVO ART, Maria van Vlodrop, describes the fair as a unique concept that she felt compelled to bring to New York, "I am proud to partner with Stephanie and bring this art fair to New York City to support emerging as well as established artists of quality in such an intimate venue as The National Arts Club in Gramercy Park."

Notable members of The National Arts Club include Martin Scorsese and Uma Thurman with prior exhibitions of works by artists such as Dali and Jeff Koons.

Keeping in line with the Accessible Art Fair guidelines, the event is commission free. European sponsors have included BMW and Montblanc.
