Miami Home Design and Remodeling Show Brings Home South Florida Expertise

MIAMI, Feb. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Spring means fresh ideas and inspiration at this year's Miami Home Design and Remodeling Show. From March 18-21, 2016 at the Miami Beach Convention Center (1901 Convention Center Drive), show-goers get an opportunity to interact with experts of businesses from around the country, ready to offer advice on the smallest to the largest home improvement tasks.

Guests can enjoy the many feature showcases and events that include:

Taniya Nayak of Food Network's Restaurant: Impossible and recent host HGTV's Urban Oasis 2013, Boston will speak at the Home Improvement Stage on Saturday and Sunday, March 19th and 20th at 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.;

TD Bank presents, Jason Cameron of DIY Networks's Man Caves, Desperate Landscapes and Sledgehammer at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 19th;

South Florida Interior Designers will reveal four unique room designs and be on hand to offer advice: Anya Cesar of Anya Renise Design Group; Francisco Guzman; Viviana Malave of VGM Décorators, Inc. and Renan Rodriguez of RozuDesign Solutions.

27 South Florida artists will showcase their work within eleven curated spaces, grouped together to make one large feature area titled, "At Home with Art." Artists who will be present with their art, are: BJ and Richeille Formento (Formento + Formento); Sandra Garcia-Pardo; Daniel Fiorda; Brian Deutzman; Nate Dee; Rebecca Barba; Victor Gomez; Aimee Perez; Ismael Gomez Peralta; Elidea; Kris Tamburello; Sacha Suarez; Rosaria Vigorito; Linda Fleischman; Meg Wallace; Griselda Lechini; Alicia Vallejo; Natalya Kochak; Jonathan Brooks; Miguel Rodez; MANO; Franks Christopher; Giselle Fajardo and Raul Proenza. RUN Art Foundry present sculptures by, Jose Bedia, Pedro Pablo Oliva, and Uldis Lopez.

From floor to roof plus hurricane protection, experts from Florida Home Improvement Associates will be on hand all weekend offering advice on new ways to improve and increase the value of the home.

South Florida Chefs bring their restaurant and catering expertise to the stage adapting recipes and tips for the family kitchen. Chef Paulette Bilsky coordinates four days of culinary events including a presentation by Chef Jeff Maxfield of Toscana Divino (Downtown Miami) who will highlight Tuscan cuisine that infuses old world tradition with contemporary inspiration.

The Home Design and Remodeling Show aims to help the community find their #SouthFloridaStyle!
