The Deal Introduces Annual Corporate Governance Conference

Hosted by Jim Cramer, Host, "Mad Money with Jim Cramer", CNBC and Founder, TheStreet, Inc., in New York City on June 6th, join respected leaders of the corporate and investor community to discuss the boardroom of the future and how to work constructively to influence management and address corporate governance.
