This three day event includes numerous highly interactive sessions and features a keynote presentation, Emotions Sell, by Global Head of Marketing, Zurich Insurance Group, Monika Schulze. Schulze will address the power of emotions in decision-making and will describe how businesses and brands can utilize storytelling techniques to tap into the emotions of their audience, in order to increase revenue. Participants will leave with best practices for understanding and acting on customer insights.

Schulze is responsible for all B2B and B2C marketing activities for the Zurich Insurance Group. She has over 25 years of marketing experience encompassing a variety of marketing roles, as well as responsibilities for different regions and countries including Europe, North America and Japan. Her functional expertise includes market research, marketing and sales, in addition to profit and loss responsibilities.

Vice President for Marketing Integration, Schneider Electric, Giuseppe Caltabiano, will lead a session on Content Marketing and Social Media Integration – Insight on a Transformation from a Traditional to a Modern Marketing Approach. Caltabiano will explain how to transform outdated and traditional marketing strategies to a modern model aligned with growth and business goals. Caltabiano views proper integration of content and social media marketing coupled with a deep transformation of your overall marketing model as an essential method to success.

At Schneider Electric, Caltabiano is responsible for the integration of content, social media and public relations strategies to support and enable data centers and IT solutions. His current focus is on driving improved processes. Caltabiano has over 15 years of marketing experience in the fields of IT, software and industrial automation.

Global Digital Marketing Director, Acer, Francesco Federico, will speak on The Omni Channel Customer: The Journey and the Analytics. Federico will explain how to harness customer data gathered at various checkpoints to deliver a unique and personal cross-channel experience. Federico will also present two case studies which illustrate key performance indicators (KPI's) on customer acquisition and retention.

Federico manages Acer's digital presence in 55 markets across PANAM, EMEA and APAC. He is responsible for global design and execution of digital marketing, web operations, e-commerce, customer relationship management (CRM), social media and analytics. Prior to Acer, Federico worked as a consultant for companies such as Google, Sky, MasterCard, Allianz and Banca Generali. Additionally, he has held a variety of leadership roles within digital marketing and CRM teams at Vodafone Italy and Vodafone Group.
