This three day event includes numerous highly interactive sessions and features a keynote presentation, Emotions Sell, by Global Head of Marketing, Zurich Insurance Group, Monika Schulze. Schulze will address the power of emotions in decision-making and will describe how businesses and brands can utilize storytelling techniques to tap into the emotions of their audience, in order to increase revenue.
