"We are thrilled to announce the co-location of the NCSG Symposium with the TEAMS Conference & Expo," said Timothy Schneider, president and CEO of Schneider Publishing, which publishes SportsTravel magazine and organizes the TEAMS Conference. "Members of the National Congress of State Games organize large-scale events that bring together athletes and spectators in states all across the nation. We look forward to this partnership and helping the State Games' movement to continue to grow."

"The National Congress of State Games looks forward to holding our symposium with the TEAMS Conference and appreciates the opportunity to work with TEAMS in the future," said Dan Duffy, president of the National Congress of State Games. The National Congress of State Games organizes the State Games of America, a biennial amateur multisport event held in North America.

The announcement of the partnership was made at the closing session of TEAMS '15 in Las Vegas, which featured a briefing by the Los Angeles 2024 Olympic Bid Committee, an interview with legendary sports executive Harvey Schiller and a surprise performance from the "Jersey Boys," recently named Las Vegas' longest running Broadway show.
